  • Is it true batteries fail in winter ?
    Batteries are more likely to fail during the winter months due to the drop in temperature. Cold weather can reduce the effectiveness of the chemical reaction within the battery, leading to potential performance issues. That's why it's crucial to have your battery tested regularly during winter to ensure reliable performance.
  • How can I pay ?
    Payment can be made online via card or cash. For payments over the phone, we will require a copy of your ID for verification. Alternatively, you can pay the technician directly upon arrival.
  • Does my vehicle need programming ?
    Our technician will assess whether your vehicle requires programming. If programming is needed, our technician will reprogram the vehicle at no additional charge, provided we have replaced the battery.
  • Do you check alternators ?
    Once the battery is replaced, we ensure your vehicle is supplying sufficient charge to both the battery and starter motor. However, if the battery is flat, we won’t be able to provide an accurate reading of your alternator, as it may give a faulty result.
